The only reason this is healthier is because the serving size is smaller - the ingredients are the same as those in a regular malted milkshake. Of course I'm going to save calories if the amounts of ingredients are cut in half! How about using low-fat chocolate milk or frozen yogurt instead of ice cream, silken tofu to give it texture, and then the malt powder? You could even add cocoa powder to make it more chocolaty if you want.
