  • 2 ounces high-quality dark chocolate
  • 12 strawberries

Preparation

  1. Microwave chocolate in a small bowl on Medium for 1 minute. Stir, then continue microwaving on Medium in 20-second intervals until melted, stirring after each interval. Or place in the top of a double boiler over hot, but not boiling, water. Stir until melted.
  2. Dip strawberries in the melted chocolate.

This is an ok recipe but its really easy to make so why do you need a recipe? Only jokiing its healthyish and fun to make not to mention yummy! Also its one of your five a day. Pros: Cons:

See heres the thing... these are all fine and dandy HOWEVER... the chocolate is LOADED in sugar! How do you propose that this is healthy when you might as well just go out and get a chocolate bar??? Pros: Cons:
