Amazing! I've made this three times, as well as making the dressing to store in the fridge a couple of times. The marinade on the meat just gets better the longer it sits! I love the inclusion of raw veggies, the crunchiness of the carrots add another layer of flavor.
The only thing I did was use more Sesame oil instead of Canola in the dressing, after trying it with the Canola. It tastes the same, but I think the Sesame makes it a bit healthier. (Aka, no Trans Fat.)
