Yogurt Sauce

“This garlicky yogurt sauce makes a nice topping for baked potatoes or lamb burgers.”


    • 1 small clove garlic
    • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
    • ½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
    • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil


  • 1 Mash garlic and salt into a paste with the side of a chef's knife. Transfer to a small bowl and stir in yogurt and oil. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes to let flavors develop.
