Light and tasty I used this dressing on a vegetable salad (greens with tomatoes, cucumber and onion). It was absolutely yummy. I had a heavy meal and wanted the salad to be light. The dressing was perfect for this. Pros: Light, delicious, easy to make

Surprise! I am surprised nobody has reviewed this salad dressing yet. It is DELICIOUS. I was looking for a change from our same old vinaigrette. Make some now while you've still got fresh mint in your yard. Guaranteed winner.
