Orange-Sesame Dressing

“This sweet-and-sour dressing also makes great coleslaw.”


    • ¼ cup orange juice
    • ¼ cup cider vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil


  • 1 Combine orange juice, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and oil in a small bowl or jar with a tight-fitting lid. Whisk or shake until the sugar has dissolved.
  • People with celiac disease or gluten-sensitivity should use soy sauces that are labeled "gluten-free," as soy sauce may contain wheat or other gluten-containing sweeteners and flavors.
