Nice! Instead of meatloaf we went for hamburgers on the indoor grill (including melting the cheese!) and it turned out very well! Pretty much everything in this recipe, except the bell peppers, are burger toppings. After sauteing the vegetables, I put the into the oven to roast (caramelize), then added them to the hamburgers. I then used the spaghetti sauce as ketchup. Some buns would have been nice, but I guess we're cutting back on the carbs!
