Totally Absolutely Amazing I made this real quick for something good to drink in the summer heat, but it's good any time! It's so yummy! I could make this for breakfast in the morning before school, I think I fell in love!! It's so smooth and creamy, and cold. It's like strawberry heaven in a blender! Pros: easy, healthy, delicious, quick Cons: NULL

My daughter and I whipped this up in no time at all. We only had frozen strawberries so we didn't need the ice, and we used only enough skim milk to make a nice thick shake along with 1 tablespoon sugar. This was awsome!! We will be having this alot! Much better than a strawberry shake with all the fat. You really can play around with this. You could add any fruit or any combo of fruit. Thanks for a great recipe. Pros: Cons:
