Saffron Mayonnaise

“Serve this saffron-infused mayonnaise with steamed asparagus or mussels or grilled seafood kebabs.”

Ingredients

    • ¼ teaspoon saffron threads
    • 1 teaspoon warm white wine
    • ½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
    • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions

  • 1 Crumble saffron threads into wine; let steep a few minutes before adding to mayonnaise. Season with cayenne.
