Light Ranch Dressing

“If you love ranch dressing, this horseradish-spiked version could be your new house favorite.”

Ingredients

    • ¾ cup buttermilk
    • ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
    • ¼ cup chopped scallions
    • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
    • ⅛ teaspoon salt
    • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

  • 1 Combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, scallions, dill, parsley, lemon juice, horseradish, salt and pepper in a blender. Puree until smooth.
  • Make Ahead Tip: Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
