Make a larger batch of this basic vinaigrette to have on hand for salads throughout the week.

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 8 cups mixed salad greens

  1. Whisk together oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic and mustard in a salad bowl. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Toss with salad greens.

WOW Mouth watering goodness This vinaigrette was so easy to make and so delish. I will only make mine from scratch. I was eating bland salads but I no longer have to. Pros: tasty, easy to make Cons: NA
