Coffee-Cognac Coupe

“A quick cognac-infused coffee sauce tops scoops of frozen yogurt in this adult sundae.”

Ingredients

    • ⅓ cup sugar
    • ¼ cup water
    • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
    • 2 tablespoons cognac, or brandy
    • 2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt

Directions

  • 1 Bring sugar, water and coffee powder to a boil in a small saucepan; boil until slightly thickened, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in cognac (or brandy). Let cool. Layer in parfait glasses with frozen yogurt.
