“This quick compote would be terrific over lightly sweetened ricotta cheese or frozen yogurt.”
Ingredients
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons tawny port
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup cherries
Directions
1Stir honey, port and orange juice in a small saucepan over low heat until blended. Let cool 5 minutes. Toss the honey mixture with blackberries, blueberries and cherries in a medium bowl.
