  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped mint
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups sliced strawberries

  1. Whisk together yogurt, buttermilk, sugar, mint and vanilla until smooth. Spoon over strawberries.

Awful I cut the recipe down by half but I put a tablespoon of mint into the mix. I also added extra strawberries. The whole thing was horrible. It had a very strong taste, either from the buttermilk or the mint, and in the end I just picked out the strawberries. You'd be better off to just mix fruit into some yogurt with honey. It would also be cheaper and easier. Pros: lots of strawberries Cons: way too much mint
