Yogurt Sauce

This garlicky yogurt sauce makes a nice topping for baked potatoes or lamb burgers.

1/2 cup | Active Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 5 minutes



  1. Mash garlic and salt into a paste with the side of a chef’s knife. Transfer to a small bowl and stir in yogurt and oil. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes to let flavors develop.
