Sesame Asparagus

  1. Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus and stir-fry until it begins to soften, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add soy sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add sugar and stir-fry another 30 seconds. Remove from heat and serve.
