Oregano-Garlic Marinade

This Greek-inspired marinade works best on tuna, shrimp, chicken and vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Preparation
- Combine lemon juice, wine, oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Use 1/2 cup to marinate tuna, shrimp, chicken or vegetables. Reserve remaining marinade for basting.
