Ingredients
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Combine lemon juice, wine, oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Use 1/2 cup to marinate tuna, shrimp, chicken or vegetables. Reserve remaining marinade for basting.
