Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1-2 tablespoons water, (optional)
Preparation
Combine garlic, peanut butter, soy sauce, mayonnaise, brown sugar, lemon juice and crushed red pepper in a bowl; whisk until smooth. If sauce seems too thick, add water.
