Ingredients
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, scallions, dill, parsley, lemon juice, horseradish, salt and pepper in a blender. Puree until smooth.
