Ingredients
- 2 plums, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup frozen apple-grape-raspberry concentrate, thawed
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Freeze in an ice cream maker following manufacturer’s instructions.
