Banana-Cocoa Soy Smoothie

A smoothie is a healthy way to get fruit and protein in a portable and satisfying meal. This smoothie delivers plenty of protein with flavors inspired by a banana split.

1 serving | Active Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour (includes freezing time)



  1. Slice banana and freeze until firm. Blend tofu, soymilk, cocoa and honey in a blender until smooth. With the motor running, add the banana slices through the hole in the lid and continue to puree until smooth.
