Spiced Almonds

Almonds get a kick from cumin and cayenne.

About 1 cup | Active Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Toss almonds with oil, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper in a pie pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and lightly toasted, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool.
