Folio: magazine
Folio: serves the entire community of the magazine publishing industry. It is a multi-channel, multidimensional information source, using print, online and face-to-face delivery to bring actionable information to the publishing community and encourage a richer dialogue between buyers and sellers. Its audience is the top management and discipline-director level of all sectors of the magazine industry, including those in the b-to-b, mass consumer, association, city and regional, and special-interest consumer. Its Eddie and Ozzie Awards recognize excellence in editorial content and magazine design.

International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP)
IACP is a not-for-profit professional association with a worldwide membership of nearly 4,000. It provides continuing education and development for its members who are engaged in the areas of culinary education, communication, or in the preparation of food and drink.

The Bert Greene Awards, presented annually to recognize excellence in food journalism, were created to honor the memory of the late Bert Greene, nationally acclaimed cooking teacher, cookbook author, and syndicated food columnist. A committee of twelve culinary professionals, including food writers, newspaper and magazine food editors and publishers, evaluate all entries against a detailed list of criteria that includes style, originality, organization, focus, clarity, depth of research and choice of subject. The judging process is completed in two stages and conducted in complete confidentiality.

The IACP Cookbook Awards annually celebrate the year’s most outstanding food and beverage publications. The awards program was created to encourage and promote quality and creativity in cookbook writing and publishing and to expand awareness of culinary literature. The IACP Cookbook Awards have become the industry’s most coveted acknowledgment of excellence in the cookbook-publishing world.
