What's your potluck persuasion: potato salad or pasta salad? (Comments & Reviews)


Since so many of my family members have "ordered" it, I usually take a frozen pea salad to picnics and cookouts. I take a pound of frozen peas, let them thaw out a little bit on the counter. Then, I mix in around 12 ounces of sour cream, a little bit of dried miced onion, and sometimes cut up cheddar cheese. Mix them thoroughly and let them sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight, if there is time.
