I make a garlic onion soup with chicken broth and also use a lemon honey hot water with some ceyenne pepper for a sore throat. It'll kill whatever's ailing you.

I actually combine A,B, and C, and of course the chicken soup is homemade with fresh veggies and natural antibiotics such as, ginger, garlic and onions.......Yum!

I think the remedy i was used to right from my granny is that of the chicken soup though in modern days people tends to go for the quicker way which constiutute the vitamins but its not bad.

Vitamin C, I believe is the best way to fight a cold. You can't overdose on it and it helps give you more and stronger white blood cells in your army in the war against germs :-)

I use eWater to support keeping my body alkaline and Kan Herbals Initial Defense as another immune system support. This will usually keep me from coming down with a cold/flu or keep the symptoms to a minimum if I do get a cold/flu.

All of the above. I load up on extra vit C, bone broth, echinacea, and elderberry. extra sleep and liquids help too.

I wash my hands or use hand sanitizer constantly whenever I've been out in public
