Just finished eating mine...I added sliced almonds, a touch of vanilla & agave. Sometimes I add dried cranberries also.

Any dried fruit, one tbs wheat germ, one tbs flax seed meal and one tbs honey - do not use milk or cream

I add chopped apricots & chopped walnuts while cooking my oatmeal. When ready I add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon maple syrup or stevia to taste.

Try it with Applesauce you will love it and don't forget a teaspoon of Cinnamon. Rye toast is also very good.
