I love assorted nuts but I also like pistachios, walnuts, pine nuts for salads.

I love most nuts. I had a hard time deciding between walnuts and pistachios with almonds close behind.

A friend once came in with what I believe were toasted pecans covered in powered sugar which was absolutely delicious especially since it was very lightly sweetened and a light crunch to chew. I have never found a recipe for this. Do you have one. I do not cook since I can not stand on my feet for more than 5-minutes. It is very uncomfortable sitting sideways on a high stool. I tried using a large wooden board in my lap while in a Jazzy (motorized chair) but I had stuff all over the floor. Can not afford a redo to lower counter height. It is dangerous to take stuff out of the microwave (burned myself) and off the stove. The kitchen was recently redone mostly to suit my daughter who will inherit I expect before too long. It was a dark kitchen and now bright and full of light and roomy for me to turn around in the chair without knocking things. You have a very nice web site and delighted to see all the vegan recipes included. I detest the excess sugar in most recipes but it is nice to have a bite of lightly sweetened something or the other after filling up with good nutrition. Thank you for all the good recipes.
