For some reason, the poll said I had voted before I had a chance to choose Macoun. While the Honey Crisp is really good, there's something about the Macoun that has me at the first bite

I love, love, love Honeycrispt apples. They are hard to find in my area and a little expensive but it's like eating a dessert without all the additoinal calories

Braeburn is my favourite, but does anybody remember James Grieve? Not a good apple to store, but eaten straight ff the fee..unbeatable for flavour!

nothing beats the dual purpose of a Cortland apple. But a Winesap...yum! When I was young we had Maiden's Blush apples they were so pretty and so good.

I like Braeburn and MacIntosh for almost everything. But I remember eating an apple when I was young that was the perfect blend of sweet, tart, and CRISP, not mealy! Cant for the life of me remember what it was, but I would LOVE to have another one!
