nothing beats the dual purpose of a Cortland apple.But a Winesap...yum! When I was young we had Maiden's Blush apples they were so pretty and so good.

Braeburn is my favourite, but does anybody remember James Grieve? Not a good apple to store, but eaten straight ff the fee..unbeatable for flavour!

I love,love,love Honeycrispt apples. They are hard to find in my area and a little expensive but it's like eating a dessert without all the additoinal calories

For some reason, the poll said I had voted before I had a chance to choose Macoun. While the Honey Crisp is really good, there's something about the Macoun that has me at the first bite

No one has mentioned Gravenstein or Northern Spy! Those are my favorites (besides Cortlands fresh off the tree).
