I make a corn casserole with green chiles that is now my favorite Thanksgiving dish. I don't know why I don't make it any other time. I also cook and mash the white and sweet potatoes together.

wide egg noodles made with the turkey drippings. It has been a family tradition since long before I was born and my kids and grandkids continue the tradition.
