This is more of a question than a comment in reference to Michel Nischan's Roast Turkey recipe on page 59 of your dec., 2011 issue. The oven temperature noted is 475 degrees. Is that a mistake? I've never heard of cooking a turkey at such high heat. I am following this recipe but am questioning the temperature and hope I can hear back in a timely fashion.

My family makes a Finnish dish with rutabaga that I only have at Thanksgiving. I used to hate it when I was a kid but I love it now, especially with gravy. Yum!
