Pretty much the entire list with the exception of deli meat. Deli turkey breast is such an easy lunch, it's still on my grocery list.

I cook and bake everything with fresh non-processed ingredients. I do not eat white foods such as sugar flour, potatoes and high-starch foods. I have lost 50 pounds and have been eating this way of life for 2.5 years and I am very healthy. I am 72 years old.

All of the above AND MSG (look up its 50 names) Seasoning mixes are filled with it. Wheat and other grains except a little rice. Canned foods-dead and the can liner is bad. It is time consuming and involves a lot of planning, but home made is the best.

All of above and anything with added sugar, white starchy foods. Have lost 20kg with Dukan diet and kept it off for a year and it has cured me of processed foods, high-carb starchy fillers like potatoes, and added cane sugar. Every aspect of my health has improved. Do eat bread but only a slice of wholegrain per day.

I'm trying to cut soy from my diet. It interacts badly with my medication, and I've found that when I eat a soy-free diet, I have more energy and my mood improves. For a while I thought I was gluten intolerant, but I discovered otherwise when I tried a couple of homemade high-gluten bread recipes, and it didn't trigger ANY of my symptoms. I talked to my doctor, and she suggested that I strip the soy from my diet, and it's been working so far.

No MSG, no high fructose corn syrup, no aspartame, no dyes, no GMO, no wheat, and other stuff I cannot think of right now that, when I look at the label I go "no way!"
