I have stopped eating chocolate which i used to eat a least 2 pieces of everyday. When I shop if I can't pronounce the ingredient I shouldn't be eating it. My family we always made thing from scratch so I am making sure I do that too :)

Cutting way back on sugar and plain carbs. Trying to only buy organic and/or grass fed meat products when I serve meat. Organic dairy is a must have. Increasing veggies.

Besides being gluten free, I'm dairy free, soy free, nut free, shell fish free. I've 'celiac sprue, and on warfaren.

I make everything from scratch! I have been for the last 15 years. Use the best ingredients and I know what I am getting nutrition wise.

Bologna & hot dogs & cold cuts. Sandwiches w/mayonnaise. I switched to less catchup & gradually added mustard instead. Now use mostly mustard.

I have totally given up fast foods. That is saying something for me because it used to be I couldn't pass a hamburger or chicken place without stopping for a snack.
