avoiding all wheat products and anything with wheat gluten added which is almost all commercial prepared foods.. read the book wheat belly and give it a try..

I gave up all wheat and grain flours. The Wheat Belly diet. My blood glucose levels have never been better either!!

I avoind junk food any thing that is cooked in a kitched other than my home or a friends home. I have also cut out starch and artificial flavouring and spices. I only use fresh herbs that i have grown in my organic garden patch!

All processed foods. Use fresh or frozen vegetables and fruits. Cook from scratch and use organic or best food I can find and eat very little meat.

all of the above I have eliminated. Takes much more time preparing and shopping but tastes much better...more like real food. And healthier. My kids like real foods better too.
