I've already substituted fruit smoothies in the a.m., l/4 banana, mixed frozen berries, kiwi, and 3 fresh strawberries if I have them, in l/3 c orange juice. 1 cup smoothie , vs. a slice of toast or bowl of cereal I ate before. I don't eat meat more than twice a week, mostly chicken. I've begun one hour swimming/jumping/marching in the pool at 8:00 a.m. 5 X per week. Drinking more water. Convincing my husband he will like a mixed salad with grilled chicken ! In four days I've lost four lbs., not bad. I'm continuing on as long as I see results. Shirley

Eating less fried food and more baked food and drinking lots of water with every meals

Plan to continue gym classes at body plex and cook smarter & eat smaller portions of the right foods!

Stick to the serving sizes! With things like pastas or soups my sister and I both tend to dish up serving sizes for 2-3.

By NOT eating "PROCESSED" food and eating more protein; vegetables; and fryits.

I drink lots of water.Cut back on meats.Eat more Cajun turkey.I have stopped drinking soft drinks.They are so bad for you.

I now only eat vegetarian and am leaning toward vegan. It is better for me and the planet.
