we as a family will try our best to be gluten dairy and sugar free .I plan on teaching them the importance of eating this way for life:) My husband and I are both Diabetic and my two youngest out of 4 are epileptic and have adhd :) Hoping that eating healthy will make a difference . I want to show them how to grow their own food to do a really nice garden as well.

To lose weight I decideto push myself to do yoga every morning and to cut down on my favorite fried stuff
I am suffering from rhemotoid artrities , disc bulges of my last 2 section of my sinal chord and carpel tunnel of both wrists and fingers
Can please advise me on my diet

I'm a Type 2 Diabetic, so I have a lot on my plate, such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, and heart disease. The list is much longer than this, but I don't want to bore you. Anyways, I have to overhaul my diet and break some bad habits. Regular exercise helps to keep one regular. I would like to have a balcony garden for fresh vegetables....leaf greens at least. My doctor says "no protein", is this even possible?? I love your recipes, and have tried several, but I am living in the city now, which provides some interesting ways to get your fresh greens.
I'm looking into Vegetarianism, and so far has proved quite challenging. In time I will wean my self off meat.

I am doing all the items you listed; as well as watching my sugar & carb intake... exercising at least 30 mins. / day.
