I was going to try NutraSystem to lose weight. But then I decided to try your Healthy Aging Menu Plan - 1500 calories a day. I'm up to day 8 and I can already see results. It's great. I love it that you offer two different entrees for dinner - so that if I don't like one - the other is good. Have been a life long member of Eating Well. I recommend you magazine and site to everyone. Thanks!

Gluten-free! I have been gluten free since January and have lost 15 pounds.

I am now on a renal diet and it is very difficult. Lower potassium foods seem to be most important along with no salt or salty foods. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I WILL TRY TO EAT AT LEAST THREE MEALS A DAY. NO MORE GOING WITHOUT EATING FOR TWO DAYS.
