Here's my new eating lifestyle, and 20 pounds (and counting) later, all is well:
High fiber (at least 35 grams per day)
MInimal refined carbs (no white bread or white rice)
Lean protein (all kinds, including beans and sodium/nitrate free lunch meats)
Tons of vegetables and fruits (no bananas, white potatoes
Berries, berries and more berries
One ounce of dark chocolate, drizzled over some berries, every night after dinner.

i want to quit smoking.i know most of you will think bad about me.im being honest here.i am very good about eating vegie, drinking green tea n lemon, taking supplements but i cant stop smoking..

I will include either fruits or vegetables at every meal.

Only occasional soda as a treat. Less starchy carbs, less commercial breads, a bit of artisan breads when having any. Experiment with chia, almond flour, quinoa. Pay more attention to lessening the sugar intake.
