Having a body by vi shake breakfast and lunch and healthy snacks in between plus exercise at least 15 minutes everyday.

Actually, I am trying to cut back on almost all items, except ones that can be prepared healthfully. Processed foods have to go, too much salt, fat, sugar11

I plan to prepare healthy meals & snacks in advance (cook on Sunday) to have on the ready throughout the week. Having easy access to healthy foods will provide a better chance of staying on track.
