Make most my meals at home, processed free, no sugar, white flour or soy unless it is fermented. Cook with coconut oil and ghee. On yoga nights will have a whey protein drink. Read the labels on everything I buy. Use organic , hormone free foods. Pay attention to the dirty dozen list. Drink kombucha. Get enough rest. Work out more. Enjoy my food.....eat a little slower. Be in the moment! Be gentle with myself and others!
