Only whole non-processed,refined food! I will not have it shoved down my throat because it's what the tv and media tells me to and that it tastes great and is great for you. I know what's good for me..... Natural & not processed real food! The American diet is sooo messed up!

buy more organic foods, juicing & trying to stick to the hundred mile diet - ie farm fresh eggs that haven't been washed / fresh cows milk that hasn't been pasteurized - local unpasteurized honey - local produce - more whole grains - - i'm trying to buy seasonal / being more mindful of where my food has come from & how it has been handled / / / happy eating!!!!

I'm planning to prepare food at home more frequently and eat out less frequently.

I plan to prepare healthy meals & snacks in advance (cook on Sunday) to have on the ready throughout the week. Having easy access to healthy foods will provide a better chance of staying on track.
