I'm going to cut out sugar & bad snacks (cookies). Eat more fresh veg. Try to exercise 3 times a week.

exercise,cut out sugar,fruit,,breads, more protein fiber no soda,lots of vegetable,green tea,water.

I'm going to try and follow a "clean" diet. I've been doing it a little this year, but plan to focus on it in 2014 for my family.

I am going to try to eliminate plastic from my kitchen. I am very concerned about what chemicals are leaching into my food when it is stored in plastic containers or heated up in them.
