No more sodas, planing weekly meals, eating before I do grocery shopping, exercise plan, and setting goals in steps like one pant size at a time. Aka be realistic!!

stopping eating one packet of McVities dark chocolate digestive biscuits PER DAY!!, removing all sugar and dairy, juicing for short periods of time, increasing fresh food, vegetables, nuts - no more sweets/cakes/white flour / potatoes,, more oily fish (pilchards in sunflower oil)...and if I manage to get over my ruptured achilles tendon, do my first marathn for 8 years and YOGA!!! :)

I am going to increase my fresh fruit& veggie intake from 5 to 8serving & decrease my red meat from 2servings per week to one serving per week& increase chicken/ fish (1) serving per week. Per measure all home cooked meals closer. in 2013 , I lost / kept off (50) lbs but need to lose another (50) lbs. This year!
