and salads and drink water/juice which I rarely do.

My family is having many medical issues, including food allergies and cancer. Our ancestors did not have these problems at all, so I've decided we need to eat more organic foods, staying away from GMOs and pesticides as best we can.

I'm just trying to find a recipe, and it's impossible! I clicked on the link I wanted and kept getting sent to an ad to buy something, every single time, even though I closed the ad multiple times. I finally found another link that I thought would take me to the recipe and it was another ad. I know everyone has to make money, but I hate being tricked into looking at ads. I think that's just low class. I don't have time to waste looking through a website when there are so many other recipes out there. I've enjoyed the magazine in the past, but I'm really disappointed in the website.
If I could have found a place to send this email privately, I would have. It's not my thing to complain on a forum.

Here's my new eating lifestyle, and 20 pounds (and counting) later, all is well:
High fiber (at least 35 grams per day)
MInimal refined carbs (no white bread or white rice)
Lean protein (all kinds, including beans and sodium/nitrate free lunch meats)
Tons of vegetables and fruits (no bananas, white potatoes
Berries, berries and more berries
One ounce of dark chocolate, drizzled over some berries, every night after dinner.
