I've been trying to find the Girl Friends' Diet menu plan and recipes on your website, to no avail! Where are they? You indicate that they are available, but I cannot find them. Holly

I'm going to cut out sugar & bad snacks (cookies). Eat more fresh veg. Try to exercise 3 times a week.
