I will patiently add one glass of water with my dinner. Then continue that plan, gradually adding an additional cup of water to lunch and breakfast. This will be a challenge since I have a hard time drinking water. But I do notice that if it is room temperature and distilled it easy to drink. Wish me Luck and the best of luck to those not alone to 213 2013 and lifetime to better health.;)

Portion sizes. Portion sizes. Portion sizes. What is one serving? How do you work in what is needed each day to have a healthy diet without cravings?

I plan to eat a protein rich breakfast such as eggs, or fruit smoothies. Eat chicken salads or soups for lunch and eat a sensible meal for dinner. I also plan to ramp up my exercise.

Listen to my body and only eat when I feel hungry (I'm two weeks into this and have already lost some weight)

I plan to eat less meat, especially beef, using recipes from the book, Forks over Knives.
