Gluten-free! I have been gluten free since January and have lost 15 pounds.

I am now on a renal diet and it is very difficult. Lower potassium foods seem to be most important along with no salt or salty foods. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I WILL TRY TO EAT AT LEAST THREE MEALS A DAY. NO MORE GOING WITHOUT EATING FOR TWO DAYS.

we as a family will try our best to be gluten dairy and sugar free .I plan on teaching them the importance of eating this way for life:) My husband and I are both Diabetic and my two youngest out of 4 are epileptic and have adhd :) Hoping that eating healthy will make a difference . I want to show them how to grow their own food to do a really nice garden as well.

I am just getting back to cooking, after an unfortunate hiatus. I just love your vegetarian recipes. How about a Eatingwell Diet Vegetarian Cookbook? I would buy it!
