I am going to start making smoothies in an effort to add more healthy calories to my diet in a more convenient and delicious way.

I did drink nothing but water with my lunch and dinner and I have drifted away for some unknown reason and I plan to return to help reduce the amount of tea, lemonade and diet sodas I drink on the daily basis. Plus I would drink 4 glasses of water before I ate or drink anything else, though excessive it was I plan to drink 2 glasses every day before eating or drinking other liquids. Back to 8 glasses per day every day.

I am going to eliminate fast food and processed foods. I am going to try to eat more "clrean".

I'm planning to walk 30 minutes daily with my walking partner a 2 year old 16 lb Bichon. What I like about her for a partner is that she will go when I want to go. No making arrangements with someone else. Just ask "do you want to go for a walk?" She is instantly ready as soon as we add her harness and leash.

Drink, drink, drink water, which I love anyway. Portion control, no picking because I'm bored. Have sugar free pudding and whipped topping for desert. Eating breakfast. Good luck to y'all.
