I am just getting back to cooking, after an unfortunate hiatus. I just love your vegetarian recipes. How about a Eatingwell Diet Vegetarian Cookbook? I would buy it!

I want to show them how to grow their own food to do a really nice garden as well.

Portion control! Already have incorporated most of the others. Now, simply need to listen to when I am satisfied and eat less!

I am now on a renal diet and it is very difficult. Lower potassium foods seem to be most important along with no salt or salty foods. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
