stopping eating one packet of McVities dark chocolate digestive biscuits PER DAY!!, removing all sugar and dairy, juicing for short periods of time, increasing fresh food, vegetables, nuts - no more sweets/cakes/white flour / potatoes,, more oily fish (pilchards in sunflower oil)...and if I manage to get over my ruptured achilles tendon, do my first marathn for 8 years and YOGA!!! :)

No more sodas, planing weekly meals, eating before I do grocery shopping, exercise plan, and setting goals in steps like one pant size at a time. Aka be realistic!!

Slow down on the sugars and processed foods, as well as the alcohol!!

I'm drinking more water and increasing my intake of fresh foods (fruits & vegies). I'll take it from there.

I would cut down on salt,sugar,oil and any processed food.Drink alot of water and do a little jogging.

I'm go in to start cutting back on cokes and bread ~ and start drinking more water. Plus walking

Only occasional soda as a treat. Less starchy carbs, less commercial breads, a bit of artisan breads when having any. Experiment with chia, almond flour, quinoa. Pay more attention to lessening the sugar intake.

i want to quit smoking.i know most of you will think bad about being honest here.i am very good about eating vegie, drinking green tea n lemon, taking supplements but i cant stop smoking..
